Ran approx between 200 and 250 hours last summer. Our big wall unit quit and I ran down to Home Depot and picked this up. It did well cooling our front living room. Included is the original manual, exhaust tube, exhaust tube window slider unit, condensation drain tube and remote (battery included) In fact it worked so well we picked up a the same brand smaller unit for the master bedroom (also posted up for sale). Depending on how often you run it you just need to clean off the included mesh dust filters and drain out any condensation that builds up every few weeks. Due to our dry climate very little condensation. You will need some self adhesive foam strips(available at the depot) to seal the window slider system which is very easy to set up. You can have it up and running in less than an hour. We had central air installed a few weeks ago so we have no use for it, but perhaps you do. I will help you load it..  but sorry the original boxes were tore down and recycled so I recommend bring some blankets for it's protection. Below is more info about the unit.
