These are new in sealed bags.   These would be used with an expanding drum arbor.   This is for the Flap Band only, no arbor.   These list at .03 each.  Made in USA!!
These are 60 grit Zirconium, they are 1-3/16" wide and 1-3/4" Outside Diameter.   These would typically be used with
Blue-Kote Flap Band Expanding Rubber Drum (
28111) which is not included.
We also have part number 28101 and 28103 listed for the same size flap band but different grits (40 and 80).

Blue-Kote Flap Bands consist of multiple flaps of high-quality abrasive cloth layered onto a circular base. This design significantly increases the amount of material being used, resulting in longer life. The overlapping flaps and zirconium grain grind cooler. As the flaps wear away, fresh grain is exposed, resulting in a constant rate of stock removal and consistent scratch pattern throughout the life of the product.
